My belief is the best meal plan is the one that works with your lifestyle. Your meal plan may contain your favorite foods and/or be adapted to any specialty diet such as vegan or gluten free. Having a healthy long-term outlook, understanding the cause and effect of every change you make, and knowing when to make a change are all vital components to achieving maximum success.
What we DO NOT believe in:
‘Starving’ clients to lose weight
No carb diets
No fat diets
Disregarding long-term goals for short-term gains, which often leads to permanent damage to your metabolism for the sake of being lean by a particular date.
